Watch weekly to keep up with exciting new activities and resources available to you. You’ll also meet other dynamic people who share your zest for life.
Fairfax Co. residents: watch a new episode of Forever Young TV on cable channel 10 every first Thursday of each month at 3:00 PM and the first Sunday of each month at 8:00 PM.
Arlington Co. residents: Each new episode airs on cable channel 69 (Comcast) or channel 38 (Verizon) Mondays at 11:00 AM and is repeated Fridays at 4:00 PM and Sundays at 3:00 PM.

Join Jim Seeley and guests who have appeared on "Forever Young" for lunch on the first Monday of the months listed below. The luncheon begins at 12:30 PM in the private dining room of Fuddruckers Restaurant in Annandale, VA inside the Beltway at the 3-way intersection of Little River Tpke. (Rt. 236), Backlick Rd. and Columbia Pike.
